If you need to cancel your booking:
- More than 60 days before the retreat: A full refund will be issued.
- 30–60 days before the retreat: 50% of the booking fee will be refunded.
- Less than 30 days before the retreat: Unfortunately, bookings are non-refundable.
Transferring your booking
If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your place to another person, subject to prior approval from the organisers. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange this.
Cancellation by the organisers
If we have to cancel the retreat, you will receive a full refund of your booking fee. If the retreat is postponed, you will have the option of transferring your booking to the new date or receiving a full refund.
Please note that refunds do not apply to non-attendance or early departure from the retreat.
